NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / January 6, 2026 / ARC Community Services ("ARC Community") recently announced a data breach that compromised the sensitive personal and protected health data of individuals. This data breach has led to concerns over the security of sensitive personal and protected health information entrusted to ARC Community.
WHAT’S THIS ABOUT?
On November 4, 2024, ARC Community became aware of a security incident within its network. Upon detection, ARC Community launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident. The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to ARC Community’s systems and acquired data from its network without authorization.
The impacted data may include first and last names, addresses, dates of birth, and one or more of the following: medical record numbers, health information, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, and financial account information.
On December 4, 2025, ARC Community filed a notice with the office of the New Hampshire Attorney General and began sending notice letters to impacted individuals. Compensation may be available for those individuals who receive notice that their sensitive personal or protected health information was compromised.
