NASB Financial, Inc. Announces Financial Results

NASB Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTCQX: NASB) announced today net income for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, of $8.1 million or $1.12 per share. This compares to net income of $6.9 million or $0.96 per share for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, and $6.1 million or $0.84 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2024.

Net income for the year ended September 30, 2025, was $28.7 million or $3.97 per share. This compares to net income of $28.3 million or $3.83 per share for the year ended September 30, 2024.
