C•CAP TO HOST THE 2025 HARVEST MOON FEAST HONORING CHEF MARK TARBELL

Culinary Careers Program (C•CAP)-the workforce development nonprofit that empowers under-resourced high school students & adults to become the next generation of leaders in food and hospitality – is proud to announce the return of its highly anticipated Harvest Moon Feast on Friday, November 7, 2025, at The Phoenician's historic Jokake Inn in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year's event will honor Chef Mark Tarbell, a longtime board member and supporter of C•CAP and mentor to countless students and alumni.

The Harvest Moon Feast brings together the best of Arizona's food and hospitality community for an impactful evening of culinary excellence. Guests will enjoy a walk-around tasting of 30+ original dishes created by C•CAP Arizona high school students under the guidance of leading local chefs, including C•CAP alumniPeter McQuaid, Aaron Davis, Jasmin Smith, Jelani Port, and Jenna D'Agostino, among others. Each dish will compete for the title of crowd favorite, with the winning student team crowned at the end of the night.

The evening begins at 5:00 PM with a VIP reception featuring a specialty bar and exclusivetastings. Doors open for general admission at 6:00 PM, followed by live music by Nate Nathan and the MacDaddy-O's, silent and live auctions, and inspiring remarks from C•CAP students and leaders.
