New Associates to Support Firm Growth
Branford Castle Partners, a North America-focused private equity firm, today announced that it has added two new Associates to its growing team. Colton Bucey, based in Branford Castle's New York office, and Kian Paymayesh, located in Boca Raton, will support sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and managing the firm's portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Branford Castle, Mr. Bucey worked as an investment banking associate at BDA Partners, a strategic partner of William Blair, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors. He began his career in the Assurance and Strategy & Transactions groups at Grant Thornton. Mr. Bucey graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Paymayesh joins Branford Castle from Cross Keys Capital, where he worked as a Senior Analyst, advising middle-market founder-owned companies on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and capital raising across the industrial, healthcare, and financial sectors. Earlier, he worked in the Financial Due Diligence group at PwC. He graduated from the University of Florida with both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
