The new ETF provides exposure to the S&P 500 with the implementation of a values-based screen.
Global X Management Company LLC (“Global X”), the New York-based provider of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), today announced the launch of the Global X S&P 500 Christian Values ETF (CHRI), which aims to track an index that removes companies from the S&P 500 that do not adhere to the biblical values as outlined by Bountiful Financial, LLC's Christian Evangelical Framework. The passively managed fund allows investors to invest in a broad basket of U.S. equities conforming toChristian guidelines, with the tax efficiency of an ETF.

CHRI tracks the S&P 500 Christian Values Screened Index, which implements Bountiful Financial's framework to ensure the fund remains aligned with Christian values while holding stocks within the S&P 500. Specifically, the index applies filters to exclude companies within the S&P 500 involved in revenue generating activities which are perceived to be inconsistent with Christian principles.
“Clients continue to express interest in more straightforward ways to invest in leading indexes based on preferences and priorities, with explicit interest in the ability to layer religious values as guiding principles,” said Scott Helfstein, Head of Investment Strategy at Global X. “CHRI democratizes faith-based investment vehicles. While institutional investors have had the resources to apply similar, tailored screens to their investments, CHRI offers a more accessible way for financial advisors and family offices, as well as retail investors, to invest based on their values systems and investment philosophy, while maintaining broad market exposure.”
Since mid-2024 when faith-based funds reached $100 billion in AUM for the first time, the space has blossomed to over $130 billion.[i] CHRI's strategy is a response directly to demand for a faith-aligned strategy that maintains broad market exposure to the S&P 500 by following an index that weights its constituents to match the sector weights of the S&P 500.

Important Information
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. CHRI's consideration of Bountiful Financial, LLC's Christian Evangelical Framework (“the Framework”) in its investment process may result in choices not to purchase, or sell, otherwise profitable investments in companies that have been identified as being in conflict with the Framework. This means that the Fund may underperform other similar funds that do not consider the Framework when making investment decisions. CHRI is non-diversified.
Shares of ETFs are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns.
Carefully consider a fund's investment objectives, risks, and charges and expenses before investing. This and other information can be found in a fund's full or summary prospectuses, which may be obtained at globalxetfs.com. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing
