Novogradac Conference Set to Discuss Federal, State-Level Historic Tax Credit Policies

Novogradac to Host 2025 Historic Tax Credit Conference Oct. 9-10 in Cleveland

Panelists and participants will discuss the latest news surrounding the historic tax credit (HTC), including recent updates in state provisions and federal legislation such as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) at the Novogradac 2025 Historic Tax Credit Conference, Oct. 9-10 at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown in Cleveland.

“Historic buildings are a valuable part of our communities, but preserving them requires professional insights and strategies, as well as extensive cooperation between the public and private sector,” says John DeJovine, CPA, a partner in Novogradac's Cleveland office and chair of the conference. “We've seen a lot of changes throughout the tax credit world over the past year. Especially now, it's extremely helpful to connect with experts in the field and get a sense of how industry professionals are finding success in their own historic tax credit projects.”

The conference gathers developers, investors, syndicators, nonprofit organizations and public-sector leaders to learn about the latest updates in the HTC sphere. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss successful transaction structures and the interaction of federal and state HTCs while networking and collaborating with other professionals from across the country.

The conference will also include thepresentation of the 2025 Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Historic Rehabilitation Awards. The full agenda can be found here.
