Each SEC school will feature up to six Dragon Seats benches and six Dragon ShadER sunshades on both the home and visiting sidelines for all home games, including the SEC Championship Game and select neutral-site rivalry games. In total, this initiative will provide nearly 200 benches and sunshades conference-wide.
“The SEC is committed to providing our student-athletes with the very best resources on game day,”said Herb Vincent, Associate Commissioner at the Southeastern Conference. “By ensuring every program has access to consistent, state-of-the-art sideline technology, we are enhancing both player safety and overall performance.”
In addition to installation at all campus stadiums, Dragon Seats benches and sunshades will be in place at the SEC Championship Game in Atlanta, as well as at the Florida-Georgia game in Jacksonville and the Oklahoma-Texas game in Dallas.
“Being selected by the SEC to deliver our technology across every football program is a tremendous honor,”said Brad Williams, Vice President of Operations at Dragon Seats. “This deployment reinforces our mission to innovate and deliver a best-in-class sideline technology and experience that enhances player safety, comfort, and performance at the highest levels of football.”
Dragon Seats benches and Dragon ShadERs will create a uniform sideline look throughout the conference. Dragon Seats' gameday service technicians will also be present to support setup, operation, and service as needed.
