Logan began his sales career in 2018, earning his license at a young age and advancing quickly in sales experience. He brings a practical understanding of using and teaching real estate technology tools and his skillset with market data analysis – including absorption rates, inventory, and geospatial trends – ensures brokers and clients receive informed, strategic guidance.
In his new role, Logan will oversee operations in the office, lead new broker development, enhance client services, and coordinate services delivered by PROACTIVE Vacations, PROACTIVE Relocation, PROACTIVE HomeServices, Motto Mortgage Professionals, and Accessible Title Company.
