Arcline Equity Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Zachry Corporation, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire the operations of Jarco Ready Mix, including six strategically located batch plants across South Texas. The new company, Arcline Ready Mix, will deliver high-quality ready-mix concrete to customers throughout the region.
