Before joiningaccessiBe, Uda served as Vice President of R&D at CHEQ, where she expanded the engineering team from less than 10 people to nearly 50, led the company's transformation from a single-product offering to a multi-product platform, and oversaw global cloud operations leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, Go, Python, and React. Prior to that, she headed the Codebashing Product Unit at Checkmarx, where she unified product and engineering functions, enhanced delivery efficiency, and played a key role in the company's $1.2 billion acquisition. Throughout her career, she has consistently championed operational excellence and fostered strong cross-functional collaboration.

Uda will also manage accessiBe's cloud infrastructure, implementing modern DevOps practices and cloud-native architectures with a focus on stability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
