Kinne brings more than 30 years of insurance industry experience, spanning underwriting, account management, and senior leadership roles at major brokers and insurers, including McGriff, Marsh, Willis, and Aon. Most recently, he served as director and portfolio manager at Vouch Insurance, where he oversaw underwriting strategy, portfolio performance, and distribution for fintech and Web3 clients. Throughout his career, Kinne has built and led high-performing teams, driven strategic growth initiatives, and managed relationships with some of the world's most recognized corporations.
