Dr. Zubairi brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach and a strong commitment to preventive care, chronic disease management, and personalized treatment plans. With years of clinical experience and a deep understanding of evidence-based medicine, Dr. Zubairi will be practicing at the Essington Road office location. Hafsa Zubairi is a board certified family medicine physiciancurrently serving as a preceptor at the Mercyhealth Rockford Family Medicine Program and a hospitalist at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center. A graduate of the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, Dr. Zubairi completed her residency at Mercyhealth, where she was named Academic Chief Resident and received the 2024 Resident Educator Award for her outstanding commitment to teaching and mentorship. She holds medical licenses in Wisconsin and Illinois and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Her arrival strengthens Primary Care Joliet's mission to provide comprehensive, accessible, and high-quality care to families across the Joliet area.
