Geyser brings over three decades of experience at the intersection of healthcare innovation, clinical operations, and advanced technology. A Yale-trained nurse practitioner, seasoned healthcare executive, and serial entrepreneur, he has dedicated his career to transforming care for vulnerable populations and older adults. His appointment reinforces Inspiren's evidence-based approach, rooted in deep clinical expertise. Founded by Michael Wang, a former cardiothoracic nurse and now Chief Clinical Officer, and supported by a clinical success team composed entirely of licensed clinicians, Inspiren is setting a new standard in resident safety and operational excellence-ensuring every solution is designed with care at its core.

“My decision to join Inspiren is rooted in a deep, long-standing belief in its mission, technology, people and unmatched potential,” said Geyser. “Having collaborated closely with Michael and the team and seeing how rapidly AI is poised to reshape every facet of senior and post-acute care, it became clear to me that Inspiren is the ideal platform to scale real-world AI innovation in senior living. I am thrilled to bring my experience to a team so uniquely positioned to make a truly measurable difference.”

Geyser most recently served as Vice President of Enterprise Intelligence at Maplewood Senior Living, where he led artificial and business intelligence strategy and launched the Maplewood Center for Aging Innovation and Technology. He played a key role in integrating Inspiren's AI-powered technology into clinical workflows and became one of the company's earliest adopters and advocates. Having implemented Inspiren's solutions across multiple sites, he saw measurable improvements in staff efficiency, resident outcomes and family satisfaction.

“Brian's appointment represents more than just adding exceptional talent to our team. It's a validation of our vision and a catalyst for our next phase of growth,” said Wang. “He brings deep operational knowledge, clinical insight and a proven track record of driving AI adoption in senior care. He's exactly the kind of leader we need to shape our next chapter.”

The appointment aligns with Inspiren's broader strategy to accelerate innovation, deepen clinical and operational impact and attract top talent. Over the past year, the company has more than doubled its product and engineering investment, with continued growth planned in 2025.

Geyser holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatry from Yale University, a certificate in business AI strategy from MIT Sloan, and a bachelor's in psychology from Arizona State University. He also serves as a venture partner at 1843 Capital and advisor to AgeTech NYC and Redesign Health, where he supports early-stage innovation in aging and care delivery.
