In 2024, amid a labor market shaped by persistent skills gaps, global demographic shifts and unprecedented technological change, companies sharpened their focus on identifying the skills they need and on how to access and develop the talent to meet those needs. OneTen's 2024 Impact Report highlights how the organization is helping employers more widely adopt skills-first talent management strategies with even greater speed and purpose, while bolstering talent career pathways by providing support to individuals without four-year degrees along their career journeys as they seek to acquire, and sustain, career advancement and success.
