Sojo Industries Opens New 215,000 Square-Foot Facility in Langhorne, PA

Expansion accelerates high-speed packaging production and advanced automation, triples company's footprint in Pennsylvania, and strengthens national production capabilities

Sojo Industries(“Sojo”), an industrial automation company specializing in advanced robotics, mobile manufacturing, and modular packaging solutions, today announced the opening of a new 215,000-square-foot production facility in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.

This strategic expansion significantly enhances Sojo's operational capabilities, featuring four packaging lines and next-gen robotics infrastructure designed to handle complex, SKU-rich variety pack production. The Langhorne facility will primarily support high-speed, multi-format production, stored product, and the assembly of Sojo's patented Sojo Flight™ rovers – mobile manufacturing lines that can be deployed and fully operational in as little as one hour, enabling rapid variety-pack production directly on-site for customers. The site will also serve as Sojo's corporate hub, housing the customer success, product management, and commercial teams.

Located near Sojo's 100,000-square-foot headquarters in Bristol, PA, the new facility is already supporting production activity and is expected to be fully operational by year-end. With over 30 dock doors and significantly expanded floor space, the site is purpose-built to support Fortune 500 companies, fast-scaling brands, co-manufacturers, and national distributors seeking faster turnaround times, reduced freight costs, and greater packaging agility.

“Today's supply chain challenges require technology partners who can move at the speed of consumer demand,” said Barak Bar-Cohen, founder and CEO of Sojo. “With this new facility, we're expanding our ability to meet that challenge head-on, providing our customers with faster turnaround times, lower freight and labor costs, more storage, and the operational agility needed to adapt and scale in real time. Pennsylvania offers the right mix of location and critical supply chain infrastructure, a deep technical talent pool, and a supportive business environment to fuel our continued growth and innovation in advanced manufacturing. We're proud to deepen our roots here.”

To support this growth, Sojo plans to add approximately 20 new positions and is actively hiring across assembly, shipping and receiving, and automation technician roles in the coming months. Open opportunities can be found here.

The new facility launch follows Sojo's recently announced $40 million investment from S2G Investments. This capital is fueling the company's national expansion and continued development of advanced automation, modular packaging infrastructure, and high-impact customer solutions.

This expansion comes at a time when demand for variety and customization in consumer goods is placing unprecedented pressure on traditional packaging workflows. By replacing slow, manual, and fragmented repackaging processes with modular, high-throughput robotics systems, Sojo is helping brands unlock new agility and reduce hidden operational costs. The Langhorne facility marks another step in the company's mission to modernize the supply chain and drive more sustainable, profitable innovation.
