Jason Cromartie, Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI's Inspection Division (INSD) will kick off the conference on Monday, September 15 with an FBI Update. INSD performs mission-critical roles which include ensuring enterprise-wide compliance and strategic improvement of performance by conducting internal investigations, use-of-enforcement investigations, internal audits, and conducting legal risk mitigation. Charles Esten, global entertainer, will close out the day on Tuesday with a lively General Session entitledThe Art of Collaboration. Best known for his roles as Deacon Claybourne in ABC/CMT's “Nashville” and Ward Cameron on the Netflix hit show “Outer Banks,” Mr. Esten is also an accomplished musician-songwriter who has made more than 180 appearances at Nashville's iconic Grand Ole Opry. Mr. Esten will share some of his experiences and music along with insights on:
