Throughout her career, she has successfully led national growth initiatives, rebuilt and optimized underwriting teams, and achieved significant premium milestones.
Ms. Kelley, who joins as Head of Product, Wholesale Solutions, brings extensive experience leading strategic initiatives in the excess casualty insurance space. She has a strong background in launching new products, managing large portfolios, and fostering client relationships-all critical to delivering tailored, market-leading solutions to AXA XL's wholesale partners.
