Renza, a respected leader and advocate in Florida's legal community, previously served as Program Chair for the 2023-2024 year and as President-Elect for the 2024-2025 year. Her swearing-in marks the beginning of her term as President for the 2025-2026 year.
As President, Renza plans to focus on increasing member engagement and strengthening the local network of women lawyers. “My goal this year is to boost attendance at events and foster greater connection and support among our members,” said Renza. “By engaging more fully with one another, we can better empower and elevate women in the legal profession.”
Licensed to practice in nine states: Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Washington, and Wisconsin, Renza focuses her legal practice on personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
