Over 100 churches nationwide played a powerful message from Pastor Dino Rizzo on July 6 to inspire unity and mobilize volunteers ahead of Serve Day 2025.
More than 100 churches across the nation are uniting this summer for Serve Day 2025, a coordinated effort to mobilize congregations in local communities through acts of service. This year's momentum has been fueled by a powerful and timely message from Pastor Dino Rizzo, delivered originally at Substance Church and now being shared across the country.
The message, described by organizers as “unscripted and heartfelt,” has inspired churches of all sizes and denominations to engage their communities with renewed purpose. Churches played the message on Sunday, July 6, just one week before Serve Day, as a way to rally volunteers, distribute Serve Day kits and t-shirts, and share local outreach plans.
“The fact that over 100 churches played this message is a testament to the unity and shared heart behind Serve Day,” said Pastor Dino Rizzo, founder of Servolution and executive director of the Association of Related Churches (ARC). “It's encouraging to see so many congregations embracing the call to serve and to see the message resonate so widely.”
In addition to the collective message, Pastor Rizzo recorded personalized introductions for many churches, honoring pastors and encouraging local leadership. These recordings have helped build a more intimate and authentic connection, deepening engagement ahead of the July 12 Serve Day.
Serve Day is more than an event-it's a movement. Across the nation, churches are adopting their own expressions of outreach, creating localized impact while remaining united in vision. The initiative is supported by key resources like the SERVE App (available at ServeDay.com), a free digital platform that helps churches plan and execute outreach projects. Outreach ideas and inspiration are also available at Servolution.org, where churches can find creative ways to serve based on their community's unique needs.
With thousands expected to participate, Serve Day 2025 represents a growing wave of churches working together to meet practical needs and share the love of Christ in tangible ways.
