NW Medical Arts Shines the Spotlight on Random Acts of Kindness

Award-Winning Medical Spa Hosts Kindness Campaign, Feb. 16-22, 2025

Building on the success of last year's inaugural Pierce County Kindness Campaign, Northwest Medical Arts announces its second annual kindness celebration, February 16-22. This community initiative encourages local businesses and residents to share random acts of kindness, in honor of National Random Acts of Kindness Day held on February 17.

Northwest Medical Arts established this initiative to show the power of random acts of kindness to bring joy to both givers and recipients. Local business partners include Artful Beauty Studio, Harbornest, and Salon Riviera.

Northwest Medical Arts, along with its partners, aims to showcase the power of kindness by inspiring businesses and individuals alike to contribute to the well-being of the community through simple acts of kindness, from buying coffee for a stranger to sending flowers to a senior center or thanking a veteran.

Kindness Campaign OverviewJoin Northwest Medical Arts to report random acts of kindness witnessed, received or given by visiting nwmedicalarts.com/kindnessand using the hashtag #piercecountykindness on social media by tagging @nwmedicalarts. All participants are eligible for a $500 Spa Rejuvenation Experience from Northwest Medical Arts.

Northwest Medical Arts will honor both givers and receivers by highlighting stories and creating special surprises with local businesses and citizens throughout the month of February.

“Now that we are offering new treatments including weight loss therapy with GLP1s and HALO fractional laser, we are seeing a whole new outlook from our patients,” said Heather Grods, ARNP and co-owner at Northwest Medical Arts. “We know that when we uplift each other, we uplift our community. That is the heart of why we do this work.”

Shanti Benoit, fellow ARNP and NWMA co-owner adds, “Giving back is one of the cornerstones of our business and this kindness campaign is our favorite part of the year – when we get to see the joy that pours through our community.”
