SWI has been notified of the following sale transactions effected by Mr. George:
— On 23 February 2026, the sale by Mr. George of 13,338 ordinary shares for an average price per share of EUR 4.5 (on exchange); and
— On 24 February 2026, the sale by Mr. George of 98,100 ordinary shares for an average price per share of EUR 4.7732 (on exchange).
These transactions have been completed to satisfy public demand.
This notification is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU MAR.
