Mr. Eger?will be succeeded by?Stephen Fusco, who has been serving as?president?since 2018.??

Mr. Eger?joined?Rewards Network as CEO as part of?the?2017 investment by TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P.?Under his leadership, Rewards Network?has?accomplished tremendous growth?–?tripling?its active members by expanding its partner portfolio?to include the largest brands and fastest-growing innovators in the U.S. loyalty space?while?doubling?the number of restaurants in its network.?Financially, the business has achieved?a 300% increase in revenue and?a 400% increase in?profitability.?
Mr. Fusco joined Rewards Network?in 2018?as president under Mr. Eger.?Mr. Fusco?revamped the?distribution team?and?was responsible for?driving the growth?in the?network of restaurants.?He?also led?the expansion?of loyalty partners?across many?leading?consumer brands. Prior to?Rewards?Network, Mr. Fusco held?numerous?executive roles at PayPal, including?global sales and strategic partnerships.?Previously,?he served in various roles of increasing responsibility at Citigroup after beginning his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps.?
