In November 2025, Victory Disability became aware of claims that an unknown party obtained information belonging to the Firm. Upon discovering the incident, Victory Disability initiated an investigation, with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity specialists, to confirm the security of its environment and to determine the validity of these claims. Victory Disability also notified federal law enforcement authorities. The investigation determined that, between October 27, 2025, and November 12, 2025, an unknown party accessed a portion of Victory Disability’s environment and may have viewed or copied certain information stored there.
The impacted data may include name, contact information (e.g., address, email, or telephone number), and Social Security number. It may also have included your date of birth and/or medical information-such as diagnosis, treatment, medications, and lab results-if you shared this information with Victory in connection with your case.
On December 12, 2025, Victory Disability filed a notice with the Attorney General of California and began sending written notification letters to impacted individuals. Compensation may be available for those individuals who receive notice that their sensitive personal or protected health information was compromised.
