NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / December 18, 2025 / Millcreek Pediatrics recently suffered a data breach that compromised the sensitive personal and protected health information of individuals. This data breach has led to concerns over the security of sensitive personal and protected health information entrusted to Millcreek Pediatrics.
WHAT’S THIS ABOUT?
On or about February 25, 2025, Millcreek Pediatrics detected unauthorized access to its network. Upon detection of the unauthorized activity, Millcreek Pediatrics launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts. Millcreek Pediatrics discovered that between February 17, 2025, and February 25, 2025, files containing personal and protected health information were accessed or acquired by an unauthorized party.
The impacted information may include full names, dates of birth, driver’s license or state identification numbers, medical record numbers, patient identification numbers, diagnosis and treatment information, provider information, dates of service, clinical and treatment information, healthcare claims information, and Social Security numbers.
On November 21, 2025, Millcreek Pediatrics filed a notice with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and may soon begin notifying impacted individuals. Compensation may be available for those individuals who receive notice that their sensitive personal and protected health information was compromised.
