NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / November 14, 2025 / Doctor Alliance, LLC ("Doctor Alliance") recently suffered a data breach that compromised the sensitive personal data and protected health information of individuals. This data breach has led to concerns over the security of sensitive personal data and protected health information of individuals entrusted to Doctor Alliance.
WHAT’S THIS ABOUT?
On November 7, 2025, a hacker operating under the alias "Kazu" posted a listing on a hacking forum claiming to have exfiltrated 353 GB of data (over 1.2 million files) from Doctor Alliance, LLC. The attacker demanded a $200,000 ransom, threatening to sell the data if not paid by November 21, 2025. The cybercriminal claims to have accessed Doctor Alliance’s systems between October and early November 2025, exploiting an unpatched vulnerability. Sample data shared on the forum and inspected by investigators revealed that the compromised files contain substantial amounts of protected health information.
The impacted data may include names, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, medicare numbers, medical record numbers, primary and secondary diagnoses, treatment plans (with codes), medications and dosages, and provider information.
Despite multiple attempts by third parties to notify the company, Doctor Alliance has not confirmed the breach nor initiated formal notification processes as of publication. Compensation may be available for those individuals who receive notice that their sensitive personal information was compromised.
