On January 27, 2025, Roger Keith became aware of a security incident involving an unauthorized party that gained access to its network environment following a phishing attack. Upon detection, Roger Keith launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity experts to determine the nature and scope of the incident.
The investigation determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to files containing sensitive personal and protected health information. The impacted data may include first and last names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport numbers, military or other U.S. government-issued identification numbers, mothers’ maiden names, credit or debit card numbers with access information, financial account numbers with access information, usernames and passwords, and limited health-related information.
On October 29, 2025, Roger Keith filed a notice with the office of the Maine Attorney General and began mailing notification letters to impacted individuals. Compensation may be available for those individuals who receive notice that their sensitive personal and protected health information was compromised.
