The complaint, filed on October 22, 2025, asserts eight patents from Alpha Modus's AI retailâ€'engagement portfolio and alleges infringement across 7â€'Eleven's smart checkout and inâ€'store intelligence stack, including scanâ€'andâ€'go/cashierless concepts, mobile app and rewards flows, storeâ€'camera computer vision analytics, digital signage/retail media, and pointâ€'ofâ€'sale/inventory orchestration.
