A nearly 300-acre property in upstate New York's Adirondacks region that has not previously been offered on the market has been scheduled for sale at a luxury auction®on October 9, 2025. The property is located at 2292 Gillespie Drive in Bloomingdale, NY (though portions of the land extend into adjacent Wilmington). It will be sold to the highest auction bidder at or above a reserve price of $2.3 million. Platinum Luxury Auctions, a luxury real estate auction firm and licensed New York real estate brokerage, was retained by the property owners to exclusively manage the sale.
The property is one of three that Platinum has scheduled for luxury auction® sale in October, following a four-property sales schedule in September. The September auctions include another upstate NY property on Saranac Lake, selling on September 23. An additional property on Saranac Lake that Platinum offered in late August is currently pending sale.
