Joining from Yahoo! Finance, Smith brings over 15 years of experience covering the financial markets.

Smith will have dual remit at Global X. She will serve as a dedicated resource to financial advisors, helping to communicate market, product, and investment trends in ways that support their clients' engagement efforts. Additionally, Smith will act as a spokesperson for the firm, helping broaden the reach of Global X's perspectives through media and other public-facing channels.

Before that, she was a producer at Fox Business Network. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a Minor in Business and a Master of Science in Economics from Lehigh University.
