Industrial developer PNKGroup has acquired the Baker Hollow site in Windsor, CT. The 37-acre property will be developed into two facilities of 300,000 and 120,000 square feet. Located just two miles from Interstate 91, ensuring excellent connectivity for the project.
The PNK Baker Hollow site is conveniently located, providing access to over 44 million people across New England, New York, and New Jersey. Windsor is a part of the Hartford metropolitan area, which has a population of over 1.2 million people.
In the immediate vicinity of the site, there are already major corporate tenants, including Amazon, Trader Joe's, HomeGoods, Marvin Windows, Safelite AutoGlass, Home Depot, and others.
