Crafted by Executive Chef Matthew Zafrir, the sandwich pays homage to Charm City through a playful acronym that doubles as its ingredient list: bacon, avocado mousse, lime, tomato, mayo, onion, runny egg. Priced at $16, it is available daily on the lunch and brunch menus from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
For diners looking to elevate the experience, the “I” can be added: Ikura (salmon roe) for an additional $15, transforming the sandwich into a caviar-inspired indulgence.
