Dollar Shave Club, the razor brand known for its unmatched humor, irreverence and great razors at a low price is celebrating the grand opening of its new corporate headquarters in Durham, North Carolina at the historic American Tobacco Campus, managed by CBC Real Estate. This marks an exciting new chapter for the disruptive brand that has challenged traditional norms in the shaving industry for over a decade.

Dollar Shave Club now occupies a beautifully redesigned 17,500 square foot space in the Crowe Building at 406 Blackwell Street. Designed by Little Diversified Architectural Consulting and built by Bridgepoint Construction, the space blends historical character with a bold, brand-driven design. The interior reflects DSC's personality with warm, moody tones and subtle nods to its original razor product, including “barbershop” seating in the lobby. A skylit top floor floods the open seating areas with natural light, while a custom mural on exposed brick integrates Durham's industrial past.

As part of the brand's approach to fostering collaboration and innovative thinking, the office features a stunning outdoor “work patio” overlooking the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, a flexible hoteling arrangement for hybrid work, and series of huddle rooms rather than staid offices where teams can co-create breakthrough new products, marketing campaigns, and customer experiences. The American Tobacco Campus captures a spirit of innovation, which drives Dollar Shave Club, and also provides employees access to amenities such as the YMCA, coffee shops, a yoga studio, and local restaurants which collectively serves as a magnet for work-life balance.
