Warren County Welcoming Two Pro Sporting Events Next Week

Professional sports continue in Warren County after the record-breaking run for the Cincinnati Open in August as the county is set to host both a professional golf event and a professional pickleball tournament in the same week this month, according to the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB).

From September 8 to the 14th, both the LPGA's Kroger Queen City Championship Presented by P&G and the Professional Pickleball Association's Veolia Cincinnati Showcase Presented by Six Zero will be played in “Ohio's Largest Playground” bringing an opportunity for sports fans from near and far to see top-tier professional athletes in their respective sports.

Hosted at TPC River's Bend near Maineville, the Kroger Queen City Classic will hold qualifying rounds September 8-10, with the main tournament teeing off at 7am on September 11. The Professional Pickleball Association's Cincinnati Showcase will serve up its own brand of excitement beginning September 8 at the Lindner Family Tennis Center (LFTC) in Mason. The pro pickleball event will be held on a completely reimagined LFTC campus, part of a $260 million construction plan which was unveiled just prior to the 2025 Cincinnati Open in August.
