These appointments recognize each individual's outstanding contributions across legal, strategic, and leadership functions within the firm.

Launa Adolphleads one of the firm's employment litigation teams, focusing her practice on wage and hour class actions and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act. She has successfully certified more than 15 class actions and was part of the trial team in a wage and hour case that settled post-trial for over $25 million. A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and Loyola Law School, Launa has been representing plaintiffs for more than 20 years, including over a decade at MLG.
Joshua Boxeris a tireless advocate for workers' rights and has represented plaintiffs in employment litigation for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of experience, having tried cases throughout California and argued appeals nationwide. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Josh graduated with honors from UC Santa Barbara and earned his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law (King Hall).
Julia Cottrellis MLG's Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer and, as the firm's very first employee, helped build the organization from the ground up. Before joining MLG, she trained at the London office of Weil Gotshal & Manges, practiced as a transactional attorney at Herbert Smith Freehills, and earned her MBA from UCLA Anderson in 2010, pivoting her career toward law firm strategy, growth, and leadership. She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from King's College London, completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School with commendation, and is licensed to practice in England and Wales.
Matthew W. Gordonhas dedicated his entire legal career to litigating complex class actions and single-plaintiff employment cases in California, including more than 13 years at Matern Law Group. He graduatedsumma cum laude from Princeton University and earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
Dalia Khaliliserves as MLG's Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the firm's operations, personnel, and case management, while working closely with leadership to implement the firm's strategic goals. Dalia has worked with Matthew Matern since 2008, including over a decade at MLG. Throughout her career, she has led numerous trial teams to success, securing multiple seven-figure judgments. She earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law (now UC Law San Francisco) in 2007 and her undergraduate degree from UCLA.
