The Living Room at Princeton is honored to announce the launch of outpatient mental health treatment services for adults, now available through its Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) programs. This expansion marks a significant step in the center's commitment to providing compassionate and clinically robust care.
Designed for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and other emotional health challenges, these new services offer a structured yet flexible path toward insight and healing. Whether someone is seeking support for a recent crisis or ongoing mental health concerns, The Living Room meets each individual with respect, clarity and care.
“Our adult programming reflects the same core values that guide everything we do-presence, compassion and a loving relationship with ourselves,” said Dr. August Leming, the Founder and Creative Director of The Living Room. “TLR is more a retreat than treatment center; and our work is to help people to become intimately aware of their present moment experience and then…let go.”
Treatment includes individual, group and family therapy, and experiential modalities such as mindfulness, physical exercise and art therapy. Psychiatric services and medication management are also provided. Daytime and evening options are available to accommodate work and life schedules. Transportation support is available.
Located at 239 Wall Street, Princeton, NJ, The Living Room provides a warm, welcoming environment designed to foster calm, curiosity and connection. Referrals are accepted from individuals, families, healthcare providers and community organizations.
