The 15-year Mars veteran steps into a top snacking role at the global CPG leader
Mars, a global leader in confectionery, snacking, food and pet care products and services, announced the appointment ofMyriah Gambrell-Glenn as General Counsel for its Snacking business, effective December 1, 2025. Based in Chicago, she will lead the global legal function for Mars Snacking, home to billion-dollar brands including M&M'S and SNICKERS, reporting to its President, Andrew Clarke with a dotted line to Stefanie Straub, Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Mars Incorporated.

In her new position Gambrell-Glenn will oversee legal strategy, compliance, and risk management across a business with more than 34,000 Associates, a presence in over 150 countries, and more than 1,000 snacks sold every second.
Since joining Mars in 2010, Gambrell-Glenn has held senior legal roles across multiple business segments and geographies. Most recently, she served as General Counsel for Mars Pet Nutrition, where she played a pivotal role in the successful integrations of Champion Petfoods and Pretty Litter, both multibillion-dollar businesses acquired in 2023 and 2021 respectively.
