On August 25, 2025, Verint announced that it had agreed to be acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo at a price of$20.50 per sharein cash. Following the closing of the proposed transaction, Verint shareholders will be cashed out of their investment position and the company's shares will no longer be publicly traded.
