ClearCompany Announces Leadership Succession: Founder Andre Lavoie to Transition to Executive Chairman, Jason Beem Appointed CEO

ClearCompany, a leading provider of Talent Management software and a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital (“Gemspring”), announced today a succession plan to accelerate the company's next chapter of innovation and expansion.

Andre Lavoie, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, will assume the role of Executive Chairman in September, continuing to guide ClearCompany's strategic vision. Succeeding him as CEO will be Jason Beem, a proven technology leader with more than 15 years of experience driving transformation, fostering innovation, and delivering sustained value creation.

Mr. Beem most recently served as CEO of Panopto, where he guided the company through a strategic acquisition, advanced its generative AI capabilities, and expanded its global market presence. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at several high-growth technology companies, building a strong track record of scaling operations, enhancing product offerings, and delivering outstanding client results.

Mr. Lavoie remarked, “It's a great time to pass ClearCompany's baton to new leadership. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to help build a company that can thrive beyond any one individual, and I'm excited to watch Jason lead the company into the next chapter of growth and innovation.”

“I'm honored to join ClearCompany at such an exciting point in its journey,” said Jason Beem. “Andre and the team have built an exceptional company, recognized for its innovation, client success, and strong culture. I look forward to building on that foundation to help even more organizations hire, engage, and develop the talent they need to thrive.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Jason to ClearCompany,” said D.J. Andrzejewski, Managing Director at Gemspring. “With extensive experience in high-growth technology companies, Jason brings a proven ability to drive sustainable, long-term growth. Andre has built an incredible foundation, and we look forward to working with him and the Board to support Jason as he leads ClearCompany into its next chapter.”

This leadership change underscores ClearCompany's commitment to scaling its impact and investing in the future. Under Mr. Beem's leadership, the company will continue delivering one platform for every talent decision.
