Many people struggle to find trustworthy, timely fertility guidance, with nearly one-thirdof reproductive-age women saying they had difficulty accessing fertility care in their states. Without early, clear information, people often face costly, stressful fertility treatments that may have been prevented. Maven's latest tools offer earlier awareness and personalized guidance, allowing members to take control of their fertility journey from home and providing employers with smarter, more inclusive, and cost-effective benefits.

“For far too many of us, it takes trying to have a baby to understand how our own body works,” said Kate Ryder, CEO and founder of Maven Clinic. “With 75% of women believing falsehoods about their fertility, and nearly 40% of men avoiding testingbecause of the inconvenience, people need better support and they need it earlier on. Together these new features are bringing better consumer health to families while building on Maven's ultimate goal: helping people find their shortest, safest and most affordable path to a healthy baby.”

Simple, Personalized Cycle Tracking

Understanding the menstrual cycle is one of the most important levers in increasing chances of conceiving naturally, yet Maven providers consistently report that Trying to Conceive (TTC) members often begin their care on Maven without a clear understanding of their ovulation. While nearly three in four TTC members report tracking their cycles across a number of apps, many still struggle to interpret the data or know how to take action. Research also shows that nearly 40% of women do not fully understand how ovulation affects fertility, and one in fourexperience irregular cycles, underscoring the growing need for tools that translate daily patterns into meaningful insights.

Starting this fall, eligible Maven members in the Fertility & Family Building program can use the new Maven Cycle Tracker, the first cycle tracking tool that combines personalized insights with expert clinical support, all in one place. Members can choose to sync their data with devices like Apple Watch via Apple Health, helping members understand their menstrual cycles and fertility patterns. Built to do more than just track menstrual cycles, Maven's Cycle Tracker learns each member's unique cycle to provide individualized predictions, flag potential irregularities, and offer personalized guidance, such as when to try to conceive or seek follow-up care. Members also have on-demand access to Maven specialists, including OB-GYNs, Fertility Awareness Educators and Fertility Care Coaches, to help interpret insights and guide them in their fertility journey.

Bringing Men into the Fertility Conversation

Male factors contribute to nearly halfof all known infertility cases, yet men are often not brought into the process early enough. This delay can result in missed or late diagnoses and lead families to pursue costly, unnecessary treatments. Maven'sresearchshows more than half of men wished they'd tested their semen earlier, yet 39% say they've avoided testing because it feels awkward or inconvenient. To bridge this gap, Maven now offers eligible members discreet, at-home semen analysis kits, allowing men to easily understand their fertility status privately. Members can then connect virtually with fertility specialists and men's health experts to review results and discuss next steps, ensuring members and their partners have the support they need right from the start.

Maven's fertility program has already helped many people conceive naturally-60% of TTC coaching members get pregnant without treatment within six months on Maven, and 88% of fertility members report feeling more productive at work. With the launch of these new offerings, Maven is removing barriers even earlier in the fertility journey, making care more accessible, proactive and personalized. By helping people get answers sooner and feel more confident in their next steps, Maven is reshaping what the journey to parenthood can look like.
