This marks the first Master of Science degree within CSOE, reflecting Alliant's commitment to expanding access to programs that address real-world needs through purpose-driven, applied learning.

Students will complete coursework in a fully online format, offering flexibility for working professionals while maintaining a rigorous curriculum. The program emphasizes ethics, trauma-informed care, and socially valid practices, ensuring graduates are well-equipped to support diverse communities across school systems, clinics, and behavioral health settings.

“There is a critical need for behavior analysts who are not only clinically skilled but also deeply grounded in ethics, cultural responsiveness, and reflective practice,” said Dr. Beth Kelly, Program Director. “This program is about more than passing an exam. It's about preparing professionals to design meaningful, contextually appropriate interventions, collaborate respectfully with families and teams, and uphold the dignity and autonomy of those they serve.”

Students will graduate prepared to meet the highest standards of the field, with the option to begin supervised fieldwork during or after the program by partnering with an external clinic. They will also be eligible to pursue national certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

“At Alliant, we believe in education that directly benefits communities,” said Andy Vaughn, President of Alliant International University. “Launching programs like this one allows us to stay aligned with the evolving needs of society while giving our students meaningful pathways to create impact through service.”

Applications are now open for January and August enrollment cycles.
