ARMOUR expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,775,000 additional shares of its common stock.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as sole bookrunner for the offering and BUCKLER Securities LLC is acting as co-manager for the offering.
