Thisframework agreement is for the procurement and life cycle support of nano category uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) under 2.5 kg, allowing NATO member nations and partners to acquire high-performance drones that support modern defense, security and tactical missions.With Skydio's technology and COBBS' regional expertise, NATO forces will have rapid access to cutting-edge aerial systems that can adapt to complex field operations.
Skydio will deliver its flagshipX10D drone, selected for its superior autonomy, sensor performance, and mission versatility. The company is partnered withCOBBS BELUX BV, a Belgian firm,that will handle sales, distribution, training, and lifecycle service support for the Skydio platform across Europe.
