Sunrise Capital Investors Acquires Bourse Parking Facility in Philadelphia’s Old City District

Sunrise Capital Investors LLC (“Sunrise Capital”), a national leader in structured parking facility investments, has acquired the Bourse Parking Facility, a multi-level garage in Philadelphia's historic Old City district.

As reported on June 18, 2025 in the Philadelphia Business Journal, the Bourse acquisition underscores Sunrise's nationwide strategy of partnering with commercial real estate brokers to source high-quality structured parking assets in prime locations nationwide. Going forward, Sunrise Capital is currently looking to expand its structured parking facility footprint in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Phoenix, Boston, Miami, Washington, D.C. and other major metro areas.

The Bourse Parking Facility is located steps from the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, in one of the most visited areas of the city. Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the facility serves commuters, tourists, and hotels in a popular area where zoning restrictions make new supply of parking virtually impossible to build.
