PC AGE Expands $200/Month Stipend to All Students Pursuing IT Careers

PC AGE Career Institute, a leader in fast-track IT and Cybersecurity training, is expanding its $200/month stipend to all students enrolled in its September programs – not just those who qualify for the federalPell Grant.

Originally launched as a pilot for low-income students with Pell Grant eligibility, the stipend program has already shown measurable impact. Now, PC AGE is extending the benefit to students who finance their education through federal loans but still struggle to cover essential living costs like transportation, food, or childcare.

“The biggest barrier for most working-class adults isn't the tuition – it's the cost of living while you study,” said Zafar Khizer, founder and president of PC AGE. “We want students to focus on building a better future, not just surviving the present.”

In just two months, the program has proven essential for student success and retention.

“As a parent with a lot of responsibilities at home, I can't work full-time while in the program. This stipend has helped cover critical expenses and reduced my stress. It's made this journey possible for me.”

“Thank you so much for the financial help. It really means a lot – especially for transportation and food. It's making a big difference.”

PC AGE trains students for entry-level IT and Cybersecurity careers in just 9 to 12 months. Graduates often begin earning $40,000 to $60,000, with many reaching $80K+ within a few years – without needing a college degree or prior tech experience.

The stipend is available for a limited time to all enrolled students who maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) in the day or evening programs.
