On November 28, 2022, DotHouse discovered suspicious activity on its computer systems. An investigation of the suspicious activity revealed that an unauthorized actor accessed DotHouse’s systems between October 31, 2022, and November 27, 2022. These impacted files may include full names, addresses, dates of birth, medical record numbers, diagnosis/conditions, medications, treatment information,and claims information.
