WHAT’S THIS ABOUT?
On or about May 6, 2025, ZP Law detected an unauthorized intrusion upon parts of its information technology network. Following the unauthorized intrusion, ZP Law launched an investigation with third-party cybersecurity experts. The investigation confirmed that an unauthorized third party gained access to and potentially extracted certain files containing sensitive data.
These impacted files may include full names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, provider names, member ID numbers, health insurer information, dates of service, amounts charged by provider(s), and payment amounts received for the services.
On July 3, 2025, ZP Law publicly disclosed the breach and began notifying affected individuals. Compensation may be available for those individuals who receive notice that their sensitive personal information was compromised.
