Bryan brings a strong background in private equity investing, having previously worked at The Carlyle Group and Incline Equity Partners. His experience spans both large-cap and middle-market platforms, with a focus on evaluating and supporting investments in services, consumer, and industrial businesses.

He began his career in investment banking at Lazard. At Virent, he will support all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio company growth initiatives.
