Acquisition powers growth in ServiceNow capabilities across Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI and TMT; strengthens ServiceNow CRM and CSM offerings

Solugenix will continue to operate independently, maintaining its focus on core service lines such as IT support, application services, and business process consulting, which are unaffected by this acquisition. This strategic move accelerates inMorphis' expansion in the United States, strengthens its ServiceNow practice with 50+ skilled professionals focussed on US, and adds significant depth to its Retail domain expertise.

This acquisition complements inMorphis' existing industry focus in BFSI and TMT. With Solugenix's strong presence in the Retail sector and growing Manufacturing capability, inMorphis will now deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across all three sectors through industry-aligned frameworks.
