Press Kitchen Celebrates 25 Year Milestone With Promotion of Amanda Drum to VP; Two Staff Additions

Bicoastal public relations agency Press Kitchenannounces the promotion of Amanda Drum to Vice President (VP), in conjunction with celebrating its 25th anniversary in July. Drum rises from her former position of Director of Communications to provide comprehensive agency strategy and oversight in her new role. Consulting clients and media outlets alike, Amanda leads Press Kitchen's two new hires, PR Specialist Skylar Davis and PR Assistant Toby Shapiro, as well as additional team members.

Vice President Amanda Drum has been a key team member at Press Kitchen for ten years, starting as an intern while pursuing her Master's in Rhetoric and Composition from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. Born and raised in Florida, she earned a Bachelor's Degree in English from Rollins College. Amanda leads the agency's top accounts. Amanda's leadership at the agency centers around insightful story angles, long-standing media relationships and tireless devotion to clients. Her contributions have led to prestigious accolades, including the Silver PR Stars Under 40.

PR Specialist Skylar Davis is currently based in St. Petersburg and a 2023 graduate of Florida State University, where she earned her degree in Public Relations. Since graduating, she has worked in PR and gained experience in media outreach, campaign strategy, and creative storytelling. Always drawn to the power of communication, she loves helping brands connect with their audiences in real, meaningful ways.

Toby Shapiro, PR Assistant, graduated from Chapman University, earning a B.A. in Strategic and Corporate Communication with a minor in Sociology. She has a strong foundation in media relations and brand storytelling and has honed her skills at various PR agency internships before joining Press Kitchen.
