With over two decades of global leadership at Fortune 500 and multinational companies including Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc., Cargill, and Tyson Foods, Ms. Silva's experience spans legal, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disciplines. Her professional acumen is complemented by a deep personal alignment with Braille Institute's mission – her grandmother experienced vision loss later in life, shaping Ms. Silva's lifelong dedication to expanding access and dignity for people who are blind or visually impaired.
